Having worked in recruitment firms across Europe, including France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, I recognized the need for a specialized approach to talent acquisition. This led me to found Splash Guy Recruitment, a dedicated sourcing center focused on the strategic approach and selection of technical talents.

Driven by a passion for making a tangible impact, I chose to establish our operations in Mauritania. This decision aligns with our commitment to creating job opportunities, combating youth unemployment, and addressing issues related to illegal immigration.
